Design Thinking and the Double Diamond method were used as a methodological basis for the development of this research. Discover and Define steps were implemented.
The Research:
A Desk survey on Marketplace was carried out to understand the general context of Marketplaces today.
A Benchmarking survey was also developed, contemplating market survey and analysis on Marketplaces, analysis of functionalities, particularities and existing innovations.
Results:
- Summary report in infographic format (image below) covering the state of the art of marketplaces;
- Comparative analysis report of different types of Marketplaces, consolidating recommendations, insights and market data;
